Okay, first book I got from this author (and have never heard of either narrator). I did get this idea to grab the series from a bud of mine off FaceBook.
Going to try and get the other books in the series (either buying them or trading for them).
Let me know what people think of this one since I will only start listening to it over the weekend. Work is busy as the moment and, my daughter is home from SMU from Halifax for Xmas break.

While not bad, this audiobook was kind of a slog to get through. A decent portion of the story feels like it’s just there because it has to be. Which is typically fine, however the narration doesn’t do enough help move past these segments. Resulting in quite a few moments which pull you out of the immersion. I’ll give the second one a shot, 🤞.
Note - This was my first experience with Anne-Marie’s work.
